NetTALK DUO wifi Review/Giveaway

netTALK DUO wifi Review/Giveaway

I was lucky enough to receive a netTALK DUO wifi to review and give on away to a lucky reader!

When the box arrived, I was jumping for joy, then I remembered that my hubby was at work, I would be lost trying to set this thing up! The independent woman in me decided that I was going to open the box anyway, and attempt to do it myself. I opened the box, looked inside, and was delighted when I realized that everything that I needed was right inside! The Ethernet cable, the power cord, and the nifty little gadget that would make it all sparkle =) I dug out our old house phone, plugged it in, that was my first step after all, I knew I could do that! Then I opened up the directions, and got to the real work. I set up my new phone number (note: you can keep your current home number if you have one) and the 911 service. Then I plugged the netTalk DUO into the wall, into the phone, then went onto the website to connect the netTalk DUO wifi to my wireless internet. All of this took place in less than 10 minutes, I was so proud of myself. My first phone call on the new line was to my husband, who coyly answered his phone to the new number, and I was so giddy with excitement, that I just chanted "I did it!". I love the call clarity of the netTALK DUO, I also love that I am not using all my cell phone minutes all the time! Plus, when I am gone from home, I just forward all my calls to my cell phone =) I love the netTALK DUO wifi, and I am confident that you will too!

The features that I love most about this netTALK DUO, is that you can select your own number (so I went for something super unique, it is my style anyway!), you can use call forwarding, free long distance phone calls, unlimited calling, free blocking of annoying numbers (wish this feature would have been available 10 years ago when telemarketers were at their all time worst) and much more!  netTALK also has a new and free Android App (works on most Android devices) that provides Free Calling throughout the US and Canada with the option to add low-cost international TALK credits to make calls from anywhere to anywhere in the world (with cell phone / WiFi service) without running up cell phone minutes or roaming charges. Great for traveling and keeping in touch with family and friends abroad! The app is available free at www.nettalk.com  and at Google Play.  The netTALK DUO can be purchased at Target for only $64.99. You can hook the netTalk DUO wifi up to your wireless router, or directly to your computer.
