In an extra attempt to keep the kids busy and "un"bored all summer long, we decided to have a "snowball" fight! much like we use to when we lived in Michigan, just much less cold. To make the "snow" what you will need is: 2 boxes of corn starch 1 can of shaving cream (for us sensitive skin, 2 kids with eczema) You mix it all together in a bowl (we chose a small 2 gallon bucket) and the kids can make their own "snowballs". To make it larger, just double, triple, etc the recipe. We are looking into buying a small plastic children's pool & filling it up with the "snow", I'll keep you updated!
This activity for us lasted over an hour. The kids traded the "snowball" fight once all of the fake snow was all gone for a full on shaving cream fight. Which then became a water fight...well, I will call it cleaning. It was a blast, and I highly recommend it.
